In the research and development of new therapeutic antibodies, measuring antibody-cell avidity can play a transformative role. Avidity, which represents the cumulative strength of binding interactions between a multivalent antibody and its target on the cell surface, is critical for understanding and optimizing antibody efficacy, safety, and overall therapeutic potential. The method transfer is suitable for icIEF instruments. For IEF instruments some method changes are required.

Thanks to our proprietary icIEF Fractionation cartridges, we can fractionate with a detection sensitivity of 0.1 pI difference and deliver milligrams in weeks.

Do you need us to perform fast identification of the PTMs, DAR, (im)purities and/or mass confirmation based on your current IEF method? Or do you want us to develop the icIEF-MS method? Or both, we can develop the icIEF-MS method and perform fast identification of the PTMs on your behalf DAR, (im)purities and/or mass confirmation. Supply/customisation of ampholytes, pI Markers and/or coated cartridges

We understand how complex a protein drug product can be and that the available standard icIEF reagents and/or coated cartridges do not always provide you the required high efficient separation.

Therefore, we are offering standard broader choices of icIEF reagents and special coated cartridges besides the custom made solutions for the separation of more complex protein samples. Our icIEF reagents can be used on any (i)cIEF platform. Our special coated cartridges can be used on the CEInfinite icIEF instruments.

You can choose from the following:

Custom made ampholytes; specify your required pH range or consult with us for the right choice. You can review our available standard AESlyte ampholytes. We are the only provider on the market that offers more choices than any other suppliers.

We understand how important it is for your existing product lifecycle or R&D of new molecules to deliver guaranteed one lot ampholyte. Therefore, we offer Critical Reagent Lifecycle Services supporting of both non-regulated and regulated studies. Let us know your requirements.

Depending on your project or your requirement, we can provide either a Record of Analysis (RoA) or Certificate of Analysis (CoA). We ensure that the quality of critical reagents is appropriate and consistent for their intended use throughout all stages of the drug development process.

Measure avidity and link it to mechanisms like antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) or complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC).
Receptor Clustering and Internalisation:assess whether antibody binding triggers receptor clustering or internalization, which is crucial for some therapeutic strategies (e.g., checkpoint inhibitors or bispecific antibodies).

Developing Bispecific or Multispecific Antibodies - Balancing the binding affinities to two different targets to achieve optimal efficacy and safety.

Avidity Assessment: evaluate the combined binding strength (avidity) of bispecific or Multispecific antibodies to their respective targets.
Cross-Arm Binding Analysis: study interactions when one arm binds to target A and the other to target B, critical for bispecific formats like those used in T-cell redirection therapies.
