The WES kit consist of all exonic regions of major exome panels in the market: T, T2, I, and A exome. You will get complete exome coverage of greater than 98% and great uniformity of over 93% (0.2x mean depth coverage uniformity).
Customise your exome panel by adding spike-in mtDNA or any regions of interest. Also, a full bioinformatics support is offered to go from FASTQ to a complete clinical interpretation report.
The protocol of the WES panel can be performed in just one day, without the need for any heavy instruments, with complete walkaway automation. Plus, the panel is integratable with many NGS sequencers, such as Illumina and MGI.
