The DNA, RNA Defend PRO

Save time and cost associated with extraction

The DNA, RNA Defend solution preserves the native structure of proteins and antigens and enables direct PCR. Therefore, no DNA or RNA purification is required. Thus, the lysed sample can be incorporated into a qPCR or dPCR reaction.

Both buffers also preserve proteins and antigens, enabling a quick antigen or ELISA test, followed by a RT-qPCR (either or not on purified nucleic acids) using the exact same sample. 

Also, food and feed samples, just like single cells, ready for downstream molecular analyses such as single cell RNA sequencing or single cell RT-qPCR or RT-dPCR.

Nuclease-free water

The use of ultrapure (type 1), nuclease-free water is essential to prevent loss of DNA and RNA in samples in downstream applications such as PCR, cDNA synthesis, nucleic acid purification, sequencing, cloning and molecular biology and (stem) cell culture applications.

  • Prepared in a 3-step process which produces DNase-free and RNase-free, deionized water to the highest standards.

  • Quality tested and suitable for all experiments requiring nuclease-free water.
