The PhytoJet imager is ideal for in vivo analysis of plants. The high-resolution RGB cameras provide the sharpest phenotype images of your plants in two planes. Besides Brightfield, this modular imager can perform fluorescence imaging. It is suitable for a wide variety of fluorophores, such as green fluorescent protein (GFP) and yellow fluorescent protein (YFP).
The whole plant imager has, just as the gel imager, a high-speed monitorised zoom lens and is easy in use due to the one-click imaging. No additional computer is needed as there is a touchscreen present, which can be used with gloves on. The apparatus can easily be connected to the Wifi and other computers to share the data, as it is windows 10 compatible. Yet, USB outputs are also present.
