Bio-1000F Blue LED light Flatbed DNA Gel Scanner is ideal for gel electrophoresis preview, image recordings and gel extraction. All these applications are possible without any transition between trans-illuminator and gel-documentation system. The Bio-1000F contains a blue LED filter plate instead of a UV one, as it is safer. The blue LED light does not provide potential mutagenetics when combined with EtBr-alternative stains. Additionally, blue LED light is DNA friendlier as the cloning efficiency is not impacted.
The compact Bio-1000F contains an easy to use and flexible Microtek MiBio Fluo Software, sensitive CCD and a high-speed USB data transfer of 480 Mbps. This creates high sensitivity analysis of 0.008 ng/µL and fast and easy data management.
