Exchange knowledge and experience within analysts of the same department. Separate workshops have been organised by and for analysts since 2008. The topics of these workshops are diverse and are chosen on the basis of stated needs from the analysts themselves. A matching location (genetic center) is sought on the basis of the subject and possible space.
