The Next Generation CEInfinite icIEF Fractionation Platform significantly accelerates comprehensive insights into charge variant modifications during biopharma development, helping to mitigate costly setbacks related to scale-up and regulatory compliance.

Our patented technology for efficient fractionation, that meets CQA, aligned with FDA and ICH Q6B guideline
- Collect charge variant peaks per user selected vial, no pooling of unknown wells that need to be individual checked on identification and purity of each charge
- Achieve faster and higher purity of the charged variant peaks, full coverage of small abundance charge variant peaks (2%)
- Fractions can be collected in a user selected liquid, making downstream compatibility easier
- Pressure mobilisation allow accurate fractionation with a detection of 0.1 pI difference, AES has experience with both mobilisations and have opted for the best solution with the highest reproducibility and accuracy. This allows also automated unattended collection of several runs (20-30 runs ~ 5-250 µg/per day) consecutively.
