🌟👩🔬"We are very happy with our MIRA FL, we have integrated it in our CyTOF workflow and count every sample before we run it on that instrument.
The instrument is very user-friendly and requires little to no tweaking with settings, everyone can use it. The ability to measure 5 wells at a time is a great time-saver.
Lastly, I like the AOPI protocol, as this allows we to see whether something is really a cell containing DNA and whether it is dead or not. This has helped a few times to discriminate between white blood cells and erythrocyte ghosts".
