Nadia Starter pack

The Nadia Starter Pack is a suitable starting bundle which consists of all consumables needed. It contains a range of cartridges with several sizes for scRNA-Seq in the Nadia Instrument and single chips for the Nadia Innovate. Additional, all reagents for cell, beads and oil and a haemocytometer for two practice runs in the Nadia Instrument are present.

Nadia Innovate starter pack

The Nadia Innovate starter pack contains all consumables needed for running the Nadia Innovate. It consist of 8 Innovate chips and different sizes of cartridges for the Nadia Innovate and cartridges for the Nadia Instrument. Furter, a haemocytometer and all reagents for cells, beads and oil are present in the kit to perform two practice runs.

Innovate chips

In the Nadia Innovate are individual chips used, which are identical to the ones in the cartridges. The chips contain 2x250 µL well for droplet fluid and 1x3 mL well for emulsion oil.

The innovate chips can be purchased in combination with the droplet kit. This kit contains enough emulsion oil and Uberstrainers for 8-40 samples.

Innovate cartridge

The cartridges of the Nadia Innovate are disposable. The cartridges provide simultaneous analysis of several chips and are suitable for different parameters, such as temperature, times, pressure and stirring speed. 1, 2, 4 or 8 identical chips can be held in the cartridge.

Cartridges specific for scRNA-Seq are also available and allow for stirring of the cells and beads, for an even suspension.

The innovate cartridges can be purchased in combination with the droplet kit. This kit contains enough emulsion oil and Uberstrainers for 8-40 samples.
