Peptide Array

Isogen Life Science offers 48 or 96 peptides synthesized together and delivered as lyophilised products in individual labelled tubes. The INBIOS Peptide Array Tool has been designed for high throughput screening to study epitope mapping, peptide-protein interaction, protein scanning and characterization and much more; the peptides are cleaved, deprotected and analysed, and are compatible with all current assay systems.

We offer different options:

Green Option
48 crude peptides - 5.0 µmol scale (4.0 mg for a 10 amino acid peptide) - 5-15 amino acids in length - average purity 75% - Analysis: HPLC and MALDI spectrum of 5 statistically significant peptides.

Yellow Option
96 crude peptides - 5.0 µmol scale (4.0 mg for a 10 amino acid peptide) - 5-15 amino acids in length - average purity 75% - Analysis: HPLC and MALDI spectrum of 5 statistically significant peptides.

Orange Option
48 crude peptides - 5.0 µmol scale (4.0 mg for a 10 amino acid peptide) - 5-15 amino acids in length - average purity 75% - Analysis: HPLC of 5 statistically significant peptides and MALDI spectrum of all peptides.

Pink Option
96 crude peptides - 5.0 µmol scale (4.0 mg for a 10 amino acid peptide) - 5-15 amino acids in length - average purity 75% - Analysis: HPLC of 5 statistically significant peptides and MALDI spectrum of all peptides.

Violet Option
48 crude peptides - 5.0 µmol scale (4.0 mg for a 10 amino acid peptide) - 5-15 amino acids in length - average purity 75% - Analysis: HPLC and MALDI spectrum of all peptides.

Blue Option
96 crude peptides - 5.0 µmol scale (4.0 mg for a 10 amino acid peptide) - 5-15 amino acids in length - average purity 75% - Analysis: HPLC and MALDI spectrum of all peptides.

INBIOS recommends 15 amino acids or less.

INBIOS discourages the request of very hydrophobic peptides, since yields may be very low.

INBIOS also requires C-terminus prolines to be amidated.

INBIOS does not guarantee the purity or success of any one peptide on the same synthesis.
