With regard to diagnostic products and research on proteins and DNA, Cyanagen's product lines include the family of the CHROMIS fluorescent markers and the complexes of Ruthenium.

The CHROMIS are organic fluorescent molecules based on versatile chemical structures. Featuring great 'brilliance', they allow for an efficient absorption of light radiation or infrared light, accompanied by a high emission. Cyanagen has developed and patented kits for the labeling of biological molecules, proteins and DNA / RNA. This patented technology allows the client to optimize the use of the active material, thus reducing the costs of the applications and the preparation time of the test.

The Ruthenium Complexes have unique characteristics relative to the time of emission of the light, thus allowing applications not obtainable with normal organic fluorescent markers. For example, in the production of oxygen, pH and CO2 sensors. The ruthenium complexes can also be used as markers in electrochemiluminescent immunoassays.
